The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to support basic functionality and analytics measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings and tools (including blocking or deleting cookies). If you disable cookies, portions of the Site may not function as intended.

We may disclose information in the following circumstances:

• Service providers. We may disclose information to vendors and service providers that assist us in operating the Site (e.g., hosting and analytics providers).

We do not sell personal information for money. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We retain contact inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and maintain appropriate business records, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. We retain analytics data according to our GA4 settings.

8. Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. However, no security measure is perfect, and no method of transmission over the internet is fully secure.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. U.S. State Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information, and to opt out of certain processing in some circumstances. Email support@procertus.ai with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We may take steps to verify your identity before responding.

11. California Notice (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, California law may provide additional rights. California recognizes certain user-enabled opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control (GPC), as a valid way to communicate an opt-out request in applicable circumstances. Because ProCertus does not sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, we do not provide a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link at this time. If our practices change, we will update this Policy and implement any required mechanisms.

12. EU/UK Visitors

If you are located in the EU/UK, local rules may require prior consent before non-essential cookies (such as analytics cookies) are placed on your device. We do not currently deploy a cookie consent banner. You can manage cookies through your browser settings and tools. We may update our approach where required by applicable law.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last Updated” date and post the updated Policy on this page. The FTC has cautioned that quietly making privacy policies more permissive can raise unfairness/deception concerns.
